I want to close my account. Every time I try to open a ticket for help or support then I can't access the site any more for a while and last time all my balances were wiped out to zero.

This site is bs and probably scamming lots of people this same way. No matter how much you win you can not withdraw anything without making a minimum of $30 deposit every 30 days and there are all kinds of limitations and requirements in order to do that. Also they require you to send in documentation such as drivers license (understandable) but your name must match exactly what's on your ID and how you used your name when you created your account. Also your signature must match the signature on your ID.

They also ask for a utility bill and other documents to prove identity.

There are all kinds of loopholes for them not to pay your winnings in the terms and conditions including one statement that says that any members from USA and a very long list of other countries and places are prohibited from playing on their site and their accounts or memberships will be canceled. So many contradictions.

I wanted to make a deposit and the normal way I do, they said was unavailable to me with only money gram and bitcoins. I can do neither and they know.
